A thoughtful workspace.
Thoughtfully used.
By creating an account or using Folio, you agree to the following terms for this version of the service.
Your account and your work
Use an account you own and keep its sign-in credentials secure. You remain responsible for the content you create, upload, or ask the assistant to save. Only connect Calendar or sign-in identities you control. Do not attempt to access another person’s workspace.
Acceptable use
Do not use Folio for illegal activity, abuse, malicious code, credential theft, or attempts to bypass permissions and usage limits. Avoid storing unnecessary sensitive information. Automated misuse may be rate-limited.
Local AI is a preview
AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong. Review proposed actions, dates, and record selections before approving them. Browser-based AI requires compatible hardware and model downloads; it is not available on every device. Its availability, model selection, and free usage limits can change. No paid AI subscription is offered in this version.
Third-party connections
Google, GitHub, Calendar, hosting, database, and model-file services have their own terms. Folio cannot guarantee their availability. Calendar modifications can affect your real Google events; confirm changes carefully.
Availability and backups
Folio is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or suitability for a particular purpose. Features may evolve. Keep independent backups of important work using the export option in Settings. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited in your jurisdiction.
Privacy and changes
Read the Privacy policy for how account, workspace, and AI-related information is handled. Revisit these pages when features change. You can stop using Folio and disconnect external integrations at any time.
